Overhead Shoulder Stretch

This Is A Great Stretch A Tight Or Frozen Shoulder! Grab a cane or unscrew the stick off a broom. Lay on your back. Place your palms UP! This is very important because you do not want to create impingement in your shoulder. Take your arms overhead and let gravity push your arms back. You will feel a good stretch in your shoulders. Hold for 5-10secs and repeat 10-20 times.
