Towel Stretch!

#TowelStretch! I love this stretch for patients with frozen shoulder, shoulder tightness, and limited ability to reach behind the back. Ladies if you are having trouble fastening your bra this one is for you! Grab a towel take one hand over your head, put the arm with the tight shoulder behind your back. Use the arm overhead to pull the lower arm up. Hold for 5-10secs. Release the lower arm down and repeat. Do this 10-20 times. It might hurt a little but your tightness will relieve and your motion will get better!
